Singapore-based Novomatrix Pte Ltd announced today that its affiliated company Solamatrix Inc, has entered into an agreement to acquire the property, plant, equipment, intellectual property and various other manufacturing assets previously owned by Film Technologies Inc (FTI) based out of St Petersburg, Florida, USA.
